That means we will fix your product completely free of charge either by sending you a free part or by replacing your entire unit with the same or comparable unit for up to three years. It's that simple. Plus, receive complimentary customer and technical support for the lifetime of the product.
vidlogix strongly encourages you to register your unit at the time of purchase online at vidlogix.com/contact or by calling our Customer Service Department toll-free at 1-212-431-5086. Failure to register will not diminish your extended warranty rights, but registration will allow us to better serve your customer service needs. That's it! This contract extends your manufacturer's warranty, starting immediately after the shortest term of the manufacturer's warranty.

What happens next?
When you purchase a protection plan with us you’ll check out exactly how you normally would. You’ll receive a confirmation email from us on your purchase with information about your protection plan.
How do I file a claim?
You can file a claim directly through Vidlogix at vidlogix.com. This link can be found in the email sent to you after you purchase coverage. If you ever lose this email, you can reach out to us and we’ll resend it.
Is this backed by an insurance company?
Every Vidlogix contract is backed by a regulated insurer. Those insurers are backed by reinsurers. Vidlogix and their partners are 100% compliant and contracts will be honored for the entirety of their term.
What if I return my product?
Your contract will also be returned and refunded, but at a prorated amount depending on how long the contract has been in effect. You’ll get a full refund within 30 days.
