Vidlogix wants you to be delighted with your purchase. If you're dissatisfied for any reason, our return policy allows you to send back returns-eligible merchandise within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping & handling and return label fee.

Make a return

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender or recycled.

  • Request a RMA online.
  • Pack your items carefully since they are still your items until we have verified their functionality and physical condition. 
  • Ensure there are no other shipping or tracking labels attached to your package.
  • Fold the printed label at the solid line. Place the label in a UPS Shipping Pouch. If you do not have a pouch, affix the folded label using clear plastic shipping tape over the entire label.
  • Getting your shipment to UPS. Schedule a same day or future day pickup to have a UPS driver pickup all of your Internet shipping packages OR hand the package to any UPS driver in your area OR take your package to any location of The UPS Store, UPS Access Point location, UPS Drop Box, UPS Customer Center, Staples or Authorized Shipping Outlet near you. Items sent via UPS Return Services (including via Ground) are also accepted at Drop Boxes. To find the location nearest you, please visit the 'Find Locations' Quick link at

Important details

Returns-eligible – If the product is returned unopened, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging, we will offer a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping & handling and return label fee, which refund will be made by crediting the account used to make the original purchase. Returns with missing parts or damaged goods will not be refunded in full.

Refundable – Factory sealed, undamaged, unopened, shrink-wrapped, and unused items in the original packaging are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Damaged/defective items will be replaced (subject to availability) upon inspection. Vidlogix does not issue advanced replacements. The fastest way to receive a replacement is to make a new order.

Non-refundable – Certain product categories are ineligible for return, including, but not limited to, consumables, food/drink items, PPE, recorders, software, clearance, final sale, and special order items. Damaged/defective items should be sent to the manufacturer for service. Vidlogix is not liable if the manufacturer fails to perform warranty service.

Return shipping fees

We do not pay for returns unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. 

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item please contact us and we will arrange the return for you. If you wish to return your item for another reason, eg. 'the item is unsuitable' then please arrange postage yourself.

For most returns – Vidlogix can issue one (1) return shipping label per order (excl. Free PayPal Returns). Return shipping fees are deducted from your refund.

Refused delivery – We're unable to update or cancel an order once it ships. Return shipping fees are deducted from your refund. Contact us to arrange a return.

How does it work?

You must activate Return shipping on us* in your PayPal account BEFORE purchasing from using your PayPal account.

To claim a refund for your return, please follow the below steps:

  • Follow the returns procedure below, making sure to retain proof of postage from your local postal service
  • Log into your PayPal Account once you have received your vidlogix refund
  • In your PayPal Account, select the transaction, and click the ‘Request return shipping refund’ link
  • Fill out a refund request providing evidence of your posting receipts to the PayPal return shipping on us service
  • Make sure you complete the claim form within 30 days of making your purchase
  • Remember to attach / upload your proof of postage
  • Submit your claim to PayPal

If your claim is approved by PayPal, they will send a refund of up to $30 to your PayPal account within 10 business days.
